We accept order cancellations before we ship out the order. Please contact us via email at contact@meatse.com and state that you want to cancel your order.

For Defective Products

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as you’re entitled to your money back or a new product.

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received new and unused. To start a return, you can contact us at contactmeatse@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to us via mail to our address 47-49 New Hall Lane, PR1 5NY, Preston, United Kingdom.

You will be refunded the cost of the product however you will not be refunded any shipping costs that you have paid. We do not charge any restocking fees. When returning the product you the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs as we do not offer return labels, you are responsible for sending your order back to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. This can take up to 7 working days to show on your balance if paid by debit/credit card.

Customer Remorse

Due to all our orders being bespoke cut for our customers, we do not accept returns for customer remorse. However, if the wrong order was sent to you then you are eligible for a refund as mentioned above.
